Drunken holy basil spaghetti with seafood

Ingredients

– Honest Bowl Fiery Thai Chilli Stir-Fry sauce 100g

– Sliced squid 100 g
– Dried spaghetti 90 g
– Shrimp 60 g
– Vegetable oil 15 g
– Thai Basil leaves 10 g
– Young green peppercorn 10 g (or capers)
– Sliced red chili 5 g
– Kaffir lime leaves 2 leaves

METHOD

STEP 1

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, rinse in cold water and then set aside .

STEP 2

Heat oil in a wok or large pan, on a medium heat. Add the shrimp, squid, young green peppercorns, and Fiery Thai Chili sauce. Stir fry until all are cooked though.

STEP 3

Stir in the Spaghetti.

STEP 4

Turn off the heat, add the basil leaves, sliced red chili and kaffir lime leaves, then stir through.

STEP 5

Serve and enjoy!
