Beef Massaman Curry

Ingredients

– Honest Bowl Massaman curry paste 1 pouch (70g)
– Coconut milk 200 g
– Water 200 g
– Diced beef 150 g
– Diced carrot 40 g
– Diced onion 40 g
– Diced potato 40 g

METHOD

STEP 1

Put a pan on the hob and turn on medium heat, add 50g of coconut milk then and stir in the Massaman Curry Paste. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until fragrant.

STEP 2

Add the remaining coconut milk and water, then bring to the boil.

STEP 3

Add beef, carrot, onion and potato, simmer until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

STEP 4

Turn off the heat & Serve with rice.
