Panang Stir Fry with Pork

Ingredients

– Honest Bowl Panang stir fry sauce (100g)

– Thinly sliced pork 150 g

– Solanum 20 g

– Vegetable oil 15 g

– Basil leaves 5 g

– Sliced red chili 5 g

– Sliced kaffir lime leaves 5 g

METHOD

STEP 1

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, rinse in cold water and then set aside .

STEP 2

Heat oil in a wok or large pan, on a medium heat. Add the shrimp, squid, young green peppercorns, and Fiery Thai Chili sauce. Stir fry until all are cooked though.

STEP 3

Stir in the Spaghetti.

STEP 4

Turn off the heat, add the basil leaves, sliced red chili and kaffir lime leaves, then stir through.

STEP 5

Serve and enjoy!
