We do this through our two Fairtrade collectives, which grow the freshest ingredients for you to enjoy in our authentic Thai products.

NATURE IN HARMONY
We help our farmers to farm more naturally. They receive training to improve soil and water quality, manage pests, avoid using harmful chemicals, manage waste, reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and protect biodiversity.
TRULY AUTHENTIC
Our fresh and flavourful ingredients are grown in Thailand by Thai farmers for our Thai chef to transform into Thai pastes and sauces. It doesn’t get more authentic than that!
